Yes, to reserve a future spot on our calendar for a van build there is a $500.00 non-refundable deposit. This is because once we have your build sheet, we will be ordering parts. Mainly the grooming tub and generator as these can take up to two months to arrive.

Yes, most items are covered under a manufacturer 2-year warranty. For all the work that we do we will cover any cost to fix or replace components for up to 6 months. If you are local we will come out and fix any problems that arise. If you are not local we will pay for a plumber/electrician/carpenter to come out and fix the problem.

You will talk with one of our builders to customize your van.  Once you have a build sheet we will require a $500.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot on the calendar and order parts.  We give a time-line of 8 weeks for a full conversion.  This is often shorter if we are able to acquire all parts in a timely manner. We will update you weekly with pictures on the building of your van and communicate any problems or changes that you would like.  As we near the halfway point on your build, we will be able to give you a more accurate time as to when your van will be ready for pick up so you can make arrangements.

Yes, but be aware, we cannot start your build until we have the tub, as everything is built around the tub. We would need all your items to complete the build for spacing. If we are missing items, the build is stopped until that item is received. If we do not have your table or tool chest on hand for measurements to figure out spacing, we may not be able to build cabinets or shelves or know where to put electrical receptacles. If you are trying to put multiple items in the rear of the van (shop vac, generator, clipper vac, dryer), we need to have them all on hand so we can figure out mounting, electrical and plumbing.

We use electric water heaters.

All cabinets are custom built and we can make anything you want.

We generally have 55 gallon fresh water tank and 42 gallon grey water. However, we can install whatever you like.

Yes, we use a spray in foam insulation and insulation panels.
